1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RateMyFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. RateMyFit requires you to authenticate via Google to use the application.

2. User Guidelines & Acceptable Use

When using RateMyFit to post outfits or rate others anonymously, you agree NOT to:

• Submit ratings or comments that are abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or intended to harass.
• Upload explicit, NSFW, or illegal content.
• Impersonate other individuals on Instagram or via your RateMyFit handle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

3. RateMyFit PRO & Payments

We offer a premium subscription ("RateMyFit PRO") providing enhanced features such as a Verified Pink Tick, hints on raters, and premium share cards.

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected plan.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your PRO access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, in accordance with Dodo Payments policies.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any outfit images you upload. By uploading them to RateMyFit, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them for the purpose of the rating service.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

RateMyFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of anonymous feedback received through the app, nor for any actions taken on third-party platforms like Instagram based on our service.
